Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise site activities for interior and fit‑out projects from mobilization to handover.
- Coordinate closely with design, MEP, structural, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor site progress and ensure works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Identify and resolve technical issues on‑site, providing practical solutions during construction.
- Attend site meetings, track progress, and follow up on action items with contractors and consultants.
- Ensure proper coordination between all disciplines to avoid clashes and delays.
