Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Industrial Engineer with approximately 5 years’ experience, ideally within an FMCG, food production, or manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency through the planning, execution, and implementation of continuous improvement and capital projects across production and supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end project implementation, from concept through to execution and post-implementation review
- Analyse existing processes to identify efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and productivity gains
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
