Job Description
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day civil and structural works on-site. Ensure construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical and construction issues. Review and interpret structural drawings, and provide technical guidance to site personnel. Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed on schedule. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project standards. Check rebar works, formwork, concreting, and other structural activities prior to inspections. Liaise with consultants and relevant authorities for site inspections and approvals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper implementation of safe work procedures. Prepare site reports, progress updates, and maintain proper documentation.
