Job Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution Develop project schedules, resource forecasts, and risk-mitigation plans. Spearhead end-to-end project implementation (setup → commissioning → handover). Manage vendors/subcontractors for quality, timeline, and cost adherence. Technical Leadership Review technical specifications, drawings, and scope documents for compliance. Conduct equipment setup, startup, and commissioning of mechanical systems. Troubleshoot post-handover technical issues and implement corrective actions. Safety & Compliance Ensure strict compliance with Singapore safety regulations (e.g., WSH Act).
