Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage fire protection system projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications and contract terms. Supervise on-site activities and attend project/site meetings to monitor progress, resolve issues, and safeguard Chubb's interests. Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure accurate technical compliance and timely feedback on project progress and variation claims. Oversee the procurement and timely delivery of fire protection materials and equipment in line with site progress and project budget. Prepare and manage essential project documentation including variation orders, extension of time (EOT) submissions, testing procedures, meeting minutes, purchase orders, O&M manuals, and final project close-out packages per ISO standards.
