Job Description
**Description:** The Project Engineer will support the Ground Production Operations Integrated Product Team (IPT) in day to day program execution across the LRHW program. This role serves as a key integrator between Ground Production, Engineering, and other IPTs, ensuring coordination, communication, and execution of production-related activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced development and production environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the Ground Production Operations IPT representative at various program meetings such as Engineering Review Board (ERB) and Change Control Board (CCB) meetings.
- Support preparation, review, and coordination of engineering changes, production updates, and configuration-controlled documentation.
