Job Description

PROJECT ENGINEER

WORK LOCATION: IRVINE, CA





Qualifications:


  • Construction project engineering experience

  • DSA project experience

  • TK-12 school facility experience




Key responsibilities:


  • Construction observation verify materials and equipment are handled, stored, and installed properly

  • Review non-conforming work and recommend corrective action with the district's inspector

  • Constructability reviews using Bluebeam and BIM clash detection (REVIT or similar)

  • Manage submittal procedures: shop drawings, RFIs, samples, product data, change orders

  • Coordinate DSA Form 152 (Project Inspection Cards) and DSA Form 103 (Special Inspections)

  • Coordinate with architect, engineers of record, and District's inspect...
