Job Responsibilities: 1. Safety - Ensure Otis Safety Requirements work compliance (OSS) pertaining to work activities are being adhered to. 2. Quality & Finance a. Implements and maintains all ISO 9000 procedures. b. Manage the project within budget and timeline. c. Explore opportunities for variation orders to improve profitability of the projects. d. Manage internal and external stakeholders for highest deliverables. 3. Supervision & execution a.
