Project Engineer / Project Manager (Construction)
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer/Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for daily project execution, subcontractor and owner communication, schedule and budget control, and overall project performance related to cost, quality, safety, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction: preconstruction, estimating, bidding, scheduling, contract administration, construction, and closeout
- Serve as primary liaison with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal leadership
- Develop and maintain master project schedules and detailed budgets; analyze cost reports and forecasts
