Job Description
Primary Functions :
- Plan review
- Project execution
- Supervisory role of MEPFS division of construction management group
Specific Duties and Responsibilities :
- Handles both Construction Management and contractors in project execution related to MEPF.
- Reviews plans and identifies possible problems/ clashes before they arise.
- Coordinates with on-site team and design team based in satellite office.
- Coordinates with MEPFS consultants should the need arise.
- Undertake feasibility studies and investigative reports of possible/ current change orders in coordination with QS team.
