Key Responsibilities
- Provide project and construction management services for assigned scopes of work, particularly in marine environments, including value engineering and constructability input.
- Lead weekly and monthly coordination meetings between the client and contractor’s teams, track progress, and support resolutionof schedule or budget challenges.
- Oversee the design and construction of different types of marine structures and facilities as well as operations such as dredging and shore armouring.
- Assist in the preparation of specifications and tender documents for ports and marine work packages.
- Collaborate with contractors to implement effective workarounds for delays and cost overruns.
- Manage Field Engineers/Inspectors and ensure timely responses to RFIs and contractor queries.
