Job Description: Project Engineer
We are an innovative, ambitious, and rapidly expanding technical asset management consultancy specializing in making existing buildings sustainable. Our expertise combines building services engineering with dynamic simulation modeling, energy engineering, and bespoke data analysis software. We work with global investment funds and property companies, managing over 1 million m2 of predominantly commercial real estate assets, employing more than 20 staff.
Our head office is in the West Midlands, but many team members work remotely across the UK. Travel to the head office, including overnight stays for team meetings, is required approximately once every two months.
