Job Description
1. Manage and coordinate projects undertaken by the company including QS work, project budgets, VOs, drawings, meetings, site walks, site installations, material transportations, technical support, labour, inspections and completion of the projects. 2. Ensure smooth operation of project flow from start to end. 3. Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. 4. Understand Project plans and Specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. 5. Read and extract bill of quantity from drawings. 6. Drafting of AutoCAD drawing, layout drawing, shop drawing & electrical line diagram. 7. Regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner. 8. Manage Project Payment Claim. 9. Follow up on project and work schedule. 10. Maintain control of all project submission and documentation. 11. Monitor fabrication and production progress...
