Responsibilities:
- Own and manage assigned project scope to meet internal targets and client expectations for quality, cost, schedule, and safety
- Develop and maintain detailed execution plans aligned with overall project milestones
- Prevent Liquidated Damages (LD) exposure through proactive schedule and risk management
- Escalate risks early with mitigation plans
- Translate contract scope into executable work packages
- Plan installation sequencing, work fronts, and subcontractor deployment
- Monitor installed quantities vs. budgeted quantities
- Track manpower productivity against planned norms
- Identify cost overruns early and implement corrective actions
- Manage installation budget at package level
- Monitor project cash flow, WIP, DP, and progressive billing
- Prepare cost variance analysis and cash flow projections
