Location: Singapore (onsite / project-based). Employment type: Contract 12 renewable contract. Reporting to: Project Manager / Program Director. About the role
We are delivering a fit-out project to convert a commercial space into a lab facility for a multinational manufacturer. As Project Engineer, you will coordinate Civil and Electrical works during the design and execution of this specialised laboratory environment. This includes infrastructure upgrades, utilities, laboratory M&E systems, and compliance with Singapore regulations for research facilities. Key responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for Civil and Electrical engineering during office-to-lab fit-out. Oversee demolition, partitioning, structural alterations, flooring, ceiling, HVAC integration and laboratory utilities (power, water, drainage, compressed air, fume extraction).
