Responsibilities
- Assist Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/ Senior Project Manager (SPM)/ Project Manager (PM) in day-to-day management of the contract
- Advise the PRPM/SPM/PM on site quality and safety issues.
- Determine any non-conformances on works
- Liaise with Contractor to rectify any non-conformances and document them properly
- Ensure that decisions on site issues are conveyed to the Contractor within a reasonable time frame.
- Ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings and programme without compromising on quality and safety
- Provide feedback to the PRPM/SPM/PM on quality and safety matters and suggest quality improvement measures for implementation on site
