- Experience: 5yrs to 12yrs
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field with 5 years of program or project management experience in a semiconductor or EDA company
- Direct experience managing release planning, schedules, and content for hardware or IP products with multiple cross-functional dependencies
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority, driving alignment and execution across engineering, product, and business functions
