Our client, a food manufacturing operation based in Grayson, Kentucky, is seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to lead capital and facility improvement projects across the plant. Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute capital improvement and facility projects from concept through completion
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to align project scope with production requirements
