Job Description
Lead engineering teams through all phases of design planning, execution and closeout consistent with established project delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget, quality and other specified requirements stated in the contract. Complete projects to the satisfaction of the project manager, clients, and key stakeholders, while simultaneously ensuring that Jacob’s business and policies expectations are met in the areas of health and safety, engineering quality, financial, Project delivery, and risk management. Develop design level of effort for project bidding process. Develop, with the project manager, a complete design work plan. Quality control for project design in the office and around the region.
