Duty for Cleanroom hookup Project Engineer On-Site Installation Management Material Control:
Ensuring high-purity materials(e.g.,
EP tubes, PFA piping, VMBs
) are handled correctly and meet cleanroom standards to avoid contamination。
Sub-contractor Supervision:
Managing the daily progress of mechanical and electrical (M&E) teams, ensuring they follow the hookup sequence without damaging the expensive manufacturing tools.
Progress Tracking:
Using KPIs to monitor the 'Tool-In' to 'Ready for Command' (RFC) timeline.
Duty on QA/QC & Commissioning In a semiconductor environment, 'good enough' doesn't exist. The Project Engineer ensures zero-leak and zero-contamination environments. Testing Oversight:
Witnessing pressure tests, helium leak tests, and analytical testing of high-purity gas lines.
Handover Documentation:
Compiling 'As-Built' drawings, test reports, and warranty certificates for the client's operations team.
