Key Accountabilities
Project Analysis: They analyze nuclear project drawings, specifications and design/technical documentation to understand the project’s scope and requirements while adhering to the industry’s regulatory requirements.Accurate Cost Forecasting: Utilizing specialist cost estimation software and techniques, they forecast material, consumables, labor, equipment, fees and overhead costs associated with the project.Quality Documentation: Estimator documents details, bases, and key assumptions associated with the cost estimate.Fleet Estimating: Provide estimates for nuclear projects across the fleet – supporting both Pressurized and Boiling Water Reactor facilities (PWR/BWR).
