The role:
75% of your time will be dedicated to working with one very key account, a global b2b specialist and you could be delivering anything from event support material, packaging, promotional material, digital, video, press ads – they’re generally about 25 jobs going at any given time so you’ll definitely need to be organised! Whilst you’ll be supporting the account lead with this client, there will be opportunity to project manage on some of the agencies other accounts, which are all within the b2b spectrum.
You’ll be involved with project set-up and administration, including setting up the jobs in the agency management platform and generating job numbers, ensuring all the important details of the brief are logged before work is scheduled. You’ll ensure the Account Lead is proactively informed on progress and will coordinate with external suppliers where necessary and with the Studio Manager.
