Job Summary
:The Project Superintendent is responsible for supporting the Site Manager in all aspects of the construction operations including all direct hire craft, indirect craft, and subcontractor work activities throughout the Project. The Project Superintendent is responsible for working with the other members of the construction team to finalize the construction execution plan including the detailed plan for service subcontractors, field non-manual staffing plan, temporary facilities plan, temporary utilities plan, traffic management plan, and site security plan. The Project Superintendent will work with project controls to gain a full understanding of the construction indirects schedule and cost components to help establish the method for tracking progress and performance in the field. #LI-SM2
