- Be a part of a project governance team supporting stakeholder coordination, procurement activities, vendor management, contract administration, and key workstreams for a major organisational transition project.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and support key project workstreams.
- Liaise with government agencies, vendors, suppliers, consultants, and other relevant parties to ensure project requirements are followed through.
- Support procurement activities, including preparing requirement specifications and procurement related documents.
- Assist in managing procurement processes, including evaluation documentation, award recommendations, vendor billing, and budget tracking.
