About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Civil Engineer to lead end-to-end project execution across large-scale residential developments as Project Head. The role involves driving execution excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The incumbent will play a key leadership role in shaping execution frameworks, managing stakeholders, and building scalable processes across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Delivery
Lead end-to-end execution of multiple projects across locations
Drive project timelines, quality benchmarks, and cost efficiency
Develop and monitor detailed schedules across design, procurement, and construction phases
Leadership & Governance
Lead and mentor large cross-functional project teams
Partner with senior leadership on key project decisions and execution strategies
