Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect ongoing construction projects to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Monitor daily accomplishments and report site progress to management.
- Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and material estimates.
- Identify labor, materials, and time requirements for assigned tasks.
- Assist in project scheduling, progress tracking, and documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers for smooth site operations.
Qualifications
- Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect (Non-licensed but highly experienced candidates are welcome).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in house construction.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willing to be assigned to various project sites as needed.
