Project Lead (Design & Build – Landed Homes)
We are looking for a Project Lead to take ownership of projects from design through to site execution. This is not a pure design role — you will be responsible for ensuring designs are practical, drawings are delivered on time, and works are executed properly on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop functional, buildable layouts for landed homes
- Translate client requirements into practical design solutions
- Manage projects from design to completion
- Liaise with clients and coordinate design decisions
- Prepare and ensure timely delivery of drawings
- Work closely with site engineers and contractors
- Resolve on-site design and detailing issues
- Monitor progress and ensure projects stay on schedule
