Your tasks
- Manage new product development projects end-to-end, ensuring compliance with specifications, budget, and deadlines; report progress and deviations to management.
- Coordinate and assess internal and external development partners, focusing on expertise, efficiency, and quality.
- Lead core team meetings, reviews, and workshops; maintain full project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
- Actively participate in requirement engineering in close cooperation with product management, in line with global standards and guidelines.
- Drive stakeholder management, cross-project cooperation, and continuous improvement of local processes and procedures.
Your profile
- University degree in Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical background with relevant further education.
