Responsibilities
- Assist Customer in providing design solutions for Oil and Gas Retrievable bridge plugs and its Accessories in the following activity within the framework of product LIFECYCLE.
- Concept Design, Detail Design, Analysis of components, Selection of materials, Stack up analysis, Raw material selection
- DFM, DFA, FMEA, Test layout, Check layout
- Assembly procedure, Test procedure, Value analysis and Value engineering
- Compliance product per API (American petroleum institute) specifications
- Prepare drawing, Bill of material, Engineering change notice activity
- Support the client in production / industrial engineering activities throughout the product realization activity
- Study the Concept design, development and production support of “tooling equipment” like Jigs and fixtures by employing ‘Computer Aided Design’ (CAD), for all components.
