Key Responsibilities
- Perform project account management for projects of infrastructure system integration (NRE), operation, and transformation to client business development, NPI and product launch.
- Manage on project team forming, project schedule , scope of work, project financial, delivery quality and customer expectation
- Expert on infrastructure operation such as manufacturing operation, cost management (quotation, Non-Recurring Engineering, End of Life, etc ), accountable for financial results and asset management
- Be an owner of revenue, profit and loss (P&L), growth objectives (opportunity identification, qualification, and pricing) on the assigned account projects.
- Perform client contract management, manage contract scope, commitments, and responsibilities of all parties
- Own client satisfaction results and are responsible for all set/met agreements with the client .
