Your Day to Day
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to support strategic structuring initiatives
Lead end-to-end operational implementation projects for fund events, including new fund launches, share class creations, migrations, mergers, and liquidations
Coordinate project teams across multiple departments, working closely with client services, custody, product teams, and transfer agency
Facilitate client requirements gathering through regular calls and workshops, ensuring all stakeholder needs are captured
Oversee the completion of all project deliverables, including documentation, investigations, and action plans in collaboration with relevant teams
