We are looking for a Project Control - Jr. Specialist to join our team.
Based in Vila Velha (Brazil), reporting to Project Management Manager, you will be responsible for support on BU Portfolio Projects, in accordance with established policies, guidelines, strategies and legislation. You will focus on the following activities:
1. Preparation and Organization of Spreadsheets: Actively participate in creating and organizing spreadsheets to track activities and resolve issues identified during service execution.
2. Attendance in Alignment Meetings: Attend alignment meetings as needed to discuss scope and ensure clarity.
3. Automation Development: Develop automation workflows using low-code tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Lists.
4. Excel Spreadsheet Development: Create Excel spreadsheets with Power Queries, optionally using VBA for KPI control.
