Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership
- Act as a servant leader, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment and strengthening relationships between Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage Scrum teams and ensure effective execution of Agile methodologies across all product development initiatives.
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
