Job Description
**Description:** This candidate will be a member of the F-35 Sustainment Program Management (PMO) Team. The candidate will be assigned as a Project Lead over the F-35 Sustainment Site Activation and Hardware (SAHW) On-Time Delivery (OTD), closeout and billing lead, and labor Control Account Manager (CAM). The scope will cross all open SAHW contracts and focus on identifying and improving the top OTD degraders. Tasks include, but not limited to: develop weekly and monthly reports, assess top drivers, conduct weekly sprint activities which capture discrete and measurable corrective action plans, develop return-to-green plans for top suppliers degrading program performance. These tasks will cross the entire execution lifecycle and therefore require the candidate to perform technical, operational and business coordination between the program and internal functions to ensure horizontal and vertical integration within and between teams.
