- Must have Abu Dhabi Practising Engineering Card issued by the Municipality with Minimum of 10 Years Experience
- Must have relevant experience in Construction of Commercial Towers preferably with the Basements.
- Strong Experience in the Execution of Projects with minimum supervision.
- Good Communication Skills in Dealing with Clients & Consultants
- Good Knowledge of Project Scheduling by Using Primavera P6
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to project stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory authorities.
