Overview of the Role
Civil Marine Project Manager is responsible for coordinating complex marine and civil projects such as port developments, coastal protection structures, and marine facilities. They act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulatory authorities, and internal teams, ensuring that projects meet both technical and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities- Lead project kick-off activities including mobilization planning, resource allocation, and establishing project baselines (scope, cost, schedule, quality)
- Develop comprehensive Project Execution Plans, Method Statements, and Construction Methodology for marine civil works
- Establish project governance frameworks, communication protocols, and reporting hierarchies.
