About the Role
LX Global is looking for a sharp, hands-on Project Manager to drive the delivery of our products and client engagements. You will be the connective tissue between our engineering team, clients, and regional partners, keeping projects on scope, on time, and aligned to business goals. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, early-stage environment, communicates fluently across cultures, and takes genuine ownership of outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, scope, and run end-to-end delivery of product and client projects, defining milestones, timelines, and success criteria, and keeping everything on track.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, design, and business teams using Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as GitHub Projects and Monday.com.
