Purpose of the Role
Lead the design and implementation of a data‑driven and AI‑based supervisory model supporting the development of projects related to wage protection, savings, and financial security. Ensure institutional and technical integration across relevant stakeholders, and transform data into proactive regulatory decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Risk Analysis and Classification
- Design a risk classification model for companies and sectors (Severity, Exposure, Recurrence).
- Develop early‑warning mechanisms to monitor wage delays and indicators of institutional distress.
- Analyze complaint data and link it to compliance records and violations.
- Executive Dashboards and Monitoring
