PROJECT MANAGER – RETAIL & SHOPPINGCENTRE REDEVELOPMENT
Location: Head Office (with site visits across the existing portfolio)
Reporting to: CEO

Bentel Group is one of South Africa's leading retail property developers and owners, developing Strip Malls and Shopping Centres. We are seeking a Architect/Architectural Technologist -Project Manager with strong technical experience in AutoCAD and Revit , capable of managing Shopping Centre development projects.
You will work closely with the CEO coordinating redevelopment, new developments and reconfiguration projects across the portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full project lifecycle for retail redevelopment projects
- Coordinate contractors, and consultants
