Job Description
**BACKGROUND:** We are looking for a collaborative, proactive program leader who can understand complex problems, break them down into clear and consumable information, and connect project details to broader business objectives. This person can recognize barriers to achieving goals or milestones, assess the overall impact, and help teams navigate risks, dependencies, change, and competing priorities. The ideal candidate brings strong project management discipline, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly across internal teams, client-facing stakeholders, and leadership audiences.
**WHAT YOU’LL DO / RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Lead and drive all aspects of the project including initiation, planning/discovery, implementation, and closeout.
+ Own, track, validate and manage project deliverables and milestones leveraging Project Management toolbelt including but not limited to:
+ Project Charter
+ Project Plan
+ Status Report
+ Communication Plan
