Project Manager (Fit-Out / Refurb) – Brisbane CBD – Up to $220,000 + Super
The Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent fit-out and refurbishment projects across the Brisbane CBD, typically ranging from $250k to $5M.
Projects are predominantly commercial office environments, including spec suites and workplace refurbishments, often delivered within live, operational buildings.
Due to a strong and growing pipeline in Queensland, this role forms part of a newly established project team, working closely with a Contract Administrator and Site Manager, and reporting into the Construction Manager.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive programmes in fast-paced, live environments.
