Job Description
What you will be doing:
Lead and manage field operations, including full responsibility for project costing and expenses
Oversee structural steel erection activities alongside site leadership teams
Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental programs
Drive project planning, execution, and close-out across multiple projects
Develop and manage project schedules, including labour, equipment, and materials
Monitor project performance through forecasting, budgeting, and production tracking
Manage invoicing, cash flow, and vendor payments
Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
Support estimating, proposals, and new business opportunities where required
Mentor and lead site and project teams including Superintendents, Foremen, and Engineers
