CRFS is looking for a Project Manager who is a proactive leader and takes true ownership of our engineering projects, ensuring they move smoothly from initial concept to global delivery. You will be the primary point of accountability, bridging the gap between technical complexity and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Stewardship: Take responsibility for the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet CRFS’s high standards of excellence.
- Lead and Align: Drive project planning sessions and serve as the central coordinator for internal resources and third‑party vendors.
- Proactive Management: Define and manage project scope, schedule, and cost; identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Outcome‑Focused Reporting: Track project performance and translate KPIs into meaningful progress reports for stakeholders, taking the lead on solving variances.
