Job Description

Card Compliance & RegulatoryManagement
  • Lead delivery of card compliance initiatives driven by card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, CUP), regulators, and internal risk mandates.
  • Ensure timely assessment, planning, and execution of scheme bulletins, regulatory mandates, and compliance remediation items.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards (e.g. MAS, PCI DSS, scheme rules).
Stakeholder & Communication Management
  • Lead end‑to‑end engagement across business, technology, and vendor partners, covering planning, governance, communications, budgeting, resource alignment, and change management.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through structured governance forums and transparent communication.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and effective executive‑level updates on project milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
