- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction projects
- Strong ability to solve problems and make sound decisions
- Skilled in negotiation with clients and coordinating with stakeholders
- Knowledgeable in technical works, project planning, and execution
- Excellent leadership skills; able to manage subordinates effectively
- High level of understanding (taas ug pagsabot), patience, and professionalism
- Able to manage workers, materials, and all project resources
