Job Description
-To assist Project Director for project management in Building, Civil works.
-To assist the Project Director in executing project plans, managing tasks, and ensuring goals are met.
-To be able to work independently and execute instruction, keep track on project timeline, manpower deployment, sub contractor scheduling...etc
-Able to chair meeting/ discussions, presentation, PowerPoint, projects, excel
-Help plan projects, schedule resources (people, materials), organize meetings, and coordinate deliveries.
-Handle invoices, estimates, documentation (filing, archiving), data entry, and basic office tasks.
-Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance prepare status reports for the PM and stakeholders.
- Identify issues, research solutions, and help resolve challenges as they arise.
