You will be joining a national top-tier construction organisation, with a specialist division providing complex new build and refurbishment projects across the health, sciences, education, civic project sectors - often taking on the building projects the traditional refurb head contractors struggle to deliver.
As the Project or Senior Project Manager (dependent on experience) you will be reporting into the Construction Director, leading a small team across one to two projects at a time (dependent on project size complexity), overseeing the financial performance, project deliverables and the skills/development of your team.
Whilst the business delivers projects within the $500K through to $30M - this role requires a Senior level Project Manager who is comfortable and experienced delivering relevantly complex projects, in excess of $15M
