Job Description
- Retain existing clients and nourish relations through regular communication with client decision makers, and secure new contracts.
- Review contract documents for client’s requirements and execute works within its scope.
- Perform field review and inspection of assigned projects and suggest improvement plans to the client for approval.
- Ensure all projects are supported and have the services required for the projects to succeed.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of all projects under his supervision.
- Execute the project in accordance with the work schedule and as per the Contract requirement.
- Manage resources (manpower, equipment, etc.) and project expenses to achieve contract completion within budget and time, without any major accident and attempt to exceed budgeted profit.
