Key Responsibilities

- Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Manage the bidding process, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project goals and contract terms.
- On-Site Management: Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, enforce quality control, and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
