Role Purpose
To lead and coordinate the implementation of contract logistics projects across APAC, while acting as the primary client-facing representative for Contract Logistics during implementation.
The role will ensure structured delivery across the site, systems, and operations, while providing the client with clear, consistent communication weekly.
1. Project Implementation & Coordination- Coordinate contract logistics implementation projects from planning through to go-live.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, key milestones, action trackers, and implementation plans.
- Monitor project progress and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Support alignment between regional, local, and corporate teams during implementation.
- Track cross-functional dependencies across site readiness, systems, operations, SOP, training, and manpower planning.
